1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from www.lillybare.com.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Only one opened product per item type may be eligible for refund.

Lilly Bare reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Unopened products must be returned in original packaging.

  • Opened products may be eligible only under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

  • Products must not be damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if product arrived damaged

We will provide return instructions if eligible.

Do not send products back without authorization.


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.


6. Subscription Orders

For subscription purchases:

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Subscription charges already processed are subject to this return policy.


7. Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Promotional or bonus items


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
